Outpost Security Suite Pro is a complete security package for Windows. This software has been developed to give us proactive protection against virus, malware, adware, intruders attack, spam, Trojans, spyware and other malicious applications that run without our authorization and can cause computer crash, and serious security and privacy problems. From the program interface we can select any of the following options: My Security, Firewall, Host Protection, and Event Viewer. From the Configuration option, we can enable password protection, and import/export our configuration settings to/from another computer. It is possible to create rules for all the running processes, block IP addresses, enable attack detection, enable host protection, monitor and manage network traffic, customize settings, and many, many more. The program interface is rather intuitive and can be easily switched from simple to advanced view, and vice-versa. The help guide offers instructions for both novice and advanced users. Security Suite is available in the following languages: English, Russian, Spanish, German, and French. We can download and evaluate this programfor free for a 30-day period. This program runs under Microsoft Windows Vista, XP, 2003, and 2000 operating systems. |
